 Greetings on the Teachers Day friends 🙏🔏 "ज्ञान शिलाओं पर लिखा लेख नहीं है उस लेख की व्याख्या व अर्थ की जीवन संधि है" A heap of broken images come to my mind as I look at the Day. What do we celebrate the zipped mouths or the ripped persona. The teaching is not a level playing field with wide variety of students having strange inclinations, intelligence, backgrounds etc and connections (latest entrant). However, a great teacher knows that perfectionism kills creativity so sometimes omits a lot to let the originality pour out. We are all the poems that our teachers inspired us to write with a belief that one day we'll interpret & unfold ourselves beautifully before the World.  There is a big boom in the 'knowledge', percolating through every known medium, not essentially authentic, that in their cacophony the real knowledge is patiently waiting to be heard. ON THIS FRIENDSHIP DAY With Gratitude As this cruise is about to reach its final mooring, I bow once again before the Almighty & Pray: As the shadows lengthen and the Sun finally sets on this tiniest existence, As this dewdrop finally evoperates to mingle with the cloud, As this leaf breaks its bonds to finally be engulfed by the mother earth, As this last ray of Sun touches to bid final adieu, As this last drop of scent gets scattered into the surroundings, As I lay down my plough for the last time with my aching limbs, Take me into Your fold till eternity never to be left alone. © Arvind Kapoor
