Tranquility
*Tranquility*
Lit by a lonely Moon
Stardust & innumerable galaxies
Rub their sparkle to the decaying world
Sometimes a single firefly
Lights an abandoned Night
Pond reflecting a quarter Moon
To cheer up the countryside
A candle fighting the wind to light tombstones
Silhouettes of the departed
Peeping from the trees
Keeping watch
It has its own heart beat
Chirps of a male cricket
Howling winds
Waves crashing down the shores
A lonely cry of an owl
Clocks ticking away the time
The crackling flames from the lit pyres
Birds fluttering away the insects from the nests
A traunt cloud scattering rain on the tarmac
It has a colour of darkness
Grey of the sky
Blue of the oceans
Greens of the forests & fields
Colours of a desert
Or a camouflaging fog
Silently the memories knock
Effortlessly floating tedpoles
Wind playing a calm sea
Moonlight gently shaping the nape of a lonely Church
A loving heart equipped to feel all this
Away from scantiest Wisdom
